Weekly jams in Toronto

I have started building a database of weekly jams. I need your help building this list. If you run a jam, or know someone who does, please contact me. There is no charge for listing here.

The criteria to be listed is pretty simple. The jam should be a regular weekly event, it should be hosted by a local band or performer and it should be open to all musicians. The information I need is;

• Location of jam
• Day of week for the jam
• Host band
• Description of the jam such as type of music, equipment available, etc.

Monday	Hard Luck Bar 812 Dundas Street West	Bacchus	Hardluck Jam-e-oke @ the Hardluck bar starting at 9:30. Two guitar amps, bass rig, and 5pc drum set with breakables provided.

Tuesday	Chick 'N' Deli 744 Mount Pleasant Road	Kevin and the Deli House Band	Starts at 10:00PM
Tuesday	Fox & Fiddle - Downtown 106 John Street	Sonic Playground	Singers, guitarists, bassists, and drummers ... come down every Tuesday and sit-in with the band. Or, just enjoy some great food, cold beer and awesome tunes.
Tuesday	Liberty Bistro 25 Liberty Street	Big Rude Jake	Grab your guitar, harmonica, accordion – grab whatever you like! Just come on down and share your talents on our stage – Big Rude Jake will take care of ya!
Tuesday	The Old Nick 123 Danforth Ave	Jennifer Brewer	A live forum for budding songwriters and musicians to showcase their music.Originals and covers - anything you want. There is a guitar provided for anyone who doesn't wanna bring one - no kit but hand drums welcome - - and anything else you can carry :-) The music kicks off at 9:30 pm.
Tuesday	Oriental Taste 329 Queen Street East	Section 8	Headed by Ricky Day. Primarily blues and R&B but all sorts of music welcome. Starts at 9:30PM.

Wednesday	Crown and Tiger 414 College Street	Peter James Project	Starts at 9:00 PM. Just bring your guitar or even your keys (if you so wish), plug in, and share your music.
Wednesday	Gladaman's Den 502 Yonge Street	Rob Ines Trio	Open Mic night with James Quigley.
Wednesday	Grossman's Tavern 379 Spadina Avenue	Ernest Lee and Cotton Traffic	Blues oriented jam. Starts at 9:30PM
Wednesday	Liberty Bistro 25 Liberty Street	Noah Zacharin	Jam/OM. Special guests. Good vibes and love a'plenty. With a dose of Big Daddy Z's tunes & guitar filigree each week. Confetti, smarties, victuals. No sign-up, just show-up. From 8:00 to 11:30. No drum kit but real piano.
Wednesday	Lola 40 Kensington Avenue	Robert Livingstone	licenced, no cover, nice place, relaxed, patio too! House kit (small), piano, bass, amps - bring your own insturment. Singer/songwriters, instrumentalists, bands, duos, etc. One drink minimum per customer.
Wednesday	Rock and Roll Heaven 1660 O'Connor Drive	Rod Clarke & Friends	Start time: 9:30 p.m. Amps, drums & pa provided
Wednesday	The Unicorn 175 Eglinton Ave. East	Dat Damn Jam Band	Starts @ 9:30 pm with hosts Kojo, Rob Heimstra and Dale Harrison Guests can get a live recording of their performance emailed to them. 3 songs each.
Thursday	Danny Green's Billiards & Bar 1218 Danforth Avenue	Van Leer	From 9:00 till 12:00. See the Lee Van Leer web site for details.
Thursday	Smokey Joe's Cafe 4899 Yonge Street	Sonic Playground	Open Mic Jam
Thursday	Sportster's Bar 1430 Danforth Avenue	Nicola Vaughan	9:30 to 1:30 acoustic jam. Bring your instrument.
Saturday	Timothy's Pub 344 Brown's Line	The Meteors	Open jam from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. All musicians welcome.
